Returns & Refunds Policy

At Hijabism.com, we take pride in offering quality hijabs and modest accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of issue (images/videos) is required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Hijabs that have been opened, worn, or washed

  • Tube caps, niqabs, tasbeeh, pins, arm sleeves

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery

  • Items with minor color variation (due to lighting or screen settings)

  • Orders placed incorrectly or due to change of mind

3. Exchange Process

If your return is eligible:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and issue.

  2. Share clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue:

    • A product exchange, or

    • Store credit valid for future purchases (within 30 days)

4. Who Pays the Shipping?

  • If the error is on our part, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal error or change of mind, the customer must cover the return shipping fee.

5. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, eligible returns will receive:

  • An exchange for the same or similar product, or

  • A store credit coupon (valid for 30 days)

Refunds are issued only in rare cases of:

  • Out-of-stock items after payment

  • Duplicate charges

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 3 days with photo proof.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly through exchange or credit.

8. Important Notes

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Hijabism reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • This policy applies to Pakistan-based orders only.
